Single family homes sales have increased every month, compared to the same months in the prior year, five out of the last six months. In February 2012, sales of single family homes were up 13% over February 2011.
Interestingly, over the last six months, sales of condominium units declined EXCEPT in February when sales shot up 13% over the same month last year.
