What you can expect:
When you order an appraisal, we will email or fax a confirmation with a targeted delivery date. Typically, we target five business days from the date of receipt, but usually we deliver sooner. If you need a rush, ordinarily we can accommodate a two- or three-day turnaround, and occasionally we can even provide 24-hour service.
When the appraisal is finished, we will e-mail the report directly to you. If you require another method of delivery (fax, hand-delivery, mail or overnight), arrangements can be made.
